Spring launch, from the workshop floor.
Needs approvalTeam workspaces
Workspaces built for every brand you manage.
Run each client from its own workspace. The team shares that brand’s posts, calendar, campaigns, and accounts. A second client stays in a second workspace.
- One workspace per brand Posts, campaigns, and connected accounts stay with that client.
- Invite with a role Owner, admin, member, or viewer. The invite is for this brand only.
- Approve, then schedule A draft stays off the calendar until someone on the brand approves it.
- Notes on the draft The comment sits on the post, with the people who can open that brand.
Workspaces
A separate workspace for every brand.
Switch the brand and the week changes with it. Northwind’s posts, campaign, and note stay off Harbor Coffee’s calendar.

Invite
Invite the people on that brand.
Send the invite from Collaborate. They join this workspace only. An owner or admin connects the accounts and invites people. A member drafts and publishes. A viewer can look, and cannot change the work. Usage counts on the owner’s plan.
Approvals
Approve the draft before it is scheduled.
The review happens on the draft. Until someone approves it, Schedule stays off. After approval, members and admins can put it on that brand’s calendar and publish it.
Notes
Leave the note on the draft.
Comments sit on the post. The person who wrote a note can remove it. Everyone else on that brand reads the same thread when they open the draft.
Shared calendar
Switching brands switches the work.
The calendar, the campaigns, and the connected accounts follow the workspace you have open. Members publish from those accounts. They do not connect them. Viewers never receive the credentials.
If someone leaves, that brand’s posts, campaigns, and accounts disappear for them. The social inbox stays on the account they signed in with. Steps are in Help → Collaborate.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is a workspace?
A workspace is one brand or client. It holds that brand’s posts and calendar, campaigns, connected accounts, and team. A second client gets a second workspace.
How is a workspace different from a connected account?
A connected account is one profile, such as a LinkedIn page or an Instagram account. A workspace groups the accounts, the calendar, and the people for a single brand.
Can I invite someone to one brand only?
Yes. An invite is for that workspace. They see that brand’s posts, campaigns, and accounts, and they do not see another client’s workspace unless you invite them there too.
Who can publish?
Members and admins can draft, leave notes, schedule, and publish. Viewers can open the calendar and campaigns and cannot change them. A draft has to be approved before it can be scheduled.
Who can connect a social or ad account?
The workspace owner and admins connect and disconnect accounts. Members use those accounts to publish. Viewers do not receive account credentials.
What happens when someone leaves?
They stop seeing that brand’s posts, campaigns, and connected accounts. The social inbox stays on the account they signed in with.
